Self Pay

You do have options. Some clients choose to eliminate restrictions with their treatment, insurance audit/review and avoid having a diagnosis in their health record. Our out of pocket rates are priced competitively between $175 -$200 per session. Just as you are unique, so is your financial situation and treatment needs. Let’s sit down and discuss your tailored treatment based on what you need with the level of privacy and confidentiality you desire.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment through our electronic health system (Stripe) or Square. We do accept payment with FSA/HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be responsible for a cancellation fee of $50.

Insurance

Insights Therapeutic Services welcomes the use of insurance benefits for therapy sessions. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered partially or fully. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan is structured for behavioral health services. You may even be able to utilize EAP (employee assistance plan) to start but note not all EAP plans are accepted. Please note that costs will vary due to in-network or out-of-network status, copays, coinsurance and deductibles. After your free 15-minute consultation, we do attempt to verify benefits and eligibility on your behalf with just a bit of information.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits for outpatient individual therapy?

  • Do I have a copay?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and has it been fulfilled?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have?

  • Do I need an authorization for services to be covered?

We are currently in network with the following insurance plans:

Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept Medicaid or Medicare.
